The Matele Foundation is a youth-development organisation based in Sachangwan, Molo Sub-County, Nakuru County, Kenya. We empower young people through five Pathways to Potential: mentorship & leadership, education & career, health & wellbeing, economic empowerment, and community & family engagement.
Who was Keith Matele?
Keith Matele was a young person whose vision for community transformation inspired the founding of this foundation. We carry forward his name and his belief that every young person deserves the chance to discover their purpose and make a difference.
How can I volunteer or become a mentor?

How does the foundation protect young people?
We take the safety and dignity of every young person seriously. We have a published Safeguarding & Child Protection Policy, follow Kenya's Data Protection Act 2019, and require documented consent before publishing any images or stories involving minors.
